Helix Golf Athletic Development Program is an Online Training Program made for anyone who wants to increase their overall athletic potential in order to deal with the noise of motor learning.
The main goal of the program is to build an adaptable system that can match the demands of the task at hand, which is different for every individual but also depends on the phase of training/season that individual is in. Our coaches are always questioning and providing better solutions to the current golf exercise regimens while taking into account individual's structure, shape, movement strategies and objective force plate data when available.
*Note: This is not a golf swing program and it does not consist of coaching or improving swing mechanics. If you already work with a swing coach, we are always happy to collaborate to make sure we are helping you get the most out of our program and translate that into what you are working on with your coach.
The Program
What's included:

7 days/ Week Training
7 days / week Training Program including pre-recorded Gym Exercises, Resets, Foam Rolling Activities, Educational Videos and Golf Speed Drills

Communication
Communication through App Messenger with a 72 hour response time

30 min Onboarding Call
Meet with one of the founders via Zoom call prior to the start of the program in order to go through the plan, goals and outline of the program.
Coaches/Trainers are invited to join this call.

Community Calls
One 1hr Community Zoom Call monthly for all Members.

15 min check-in Call
One 15 min check-in call per month with one of the founders to make sure the athlete is on the right track.
